This website presents a single residential property for sale in Lisbon. The controller is the business operating under the brand The Investors Club, part of Blackoak Real Estate Advisory. The full legal entity name, registered address and company number are pending confirmation and will be published here.

Contact form: your full name, e-mail address, mobile number, preferred contact language, an optional message, and the fact that you gave consent together with the exact consent wording and the time it was given. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange an introductory call about the property.

Technical data: we store a one-way irreversible hash of your IP address for a short period to limit automated form abuse. The IP address itself is not stored.

Campaign data: if you arrive from an advertisement, we store the campaign parameters in the address (for example utm_source or gclid) with your enquiry, so we know which campaign it came from. These contain no personal data.

Measurement: with your consent we use analytics and advertising measurement. Your name, e-mail address, phone number and message are never sent to analytics or advertising services, and never appear in page addresses or event parameters.

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and to take steps at your request prior to a possible transaction. Anti-abuse technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only where you allow them in the cookie banner.

Your enquiry is stored in our private database, which is hosted on our behalf by our hosting and database providers within the EU/EEA where available. If a customer relationship management (CRM) or e-mail delivery provider is configured, your enquiry is also forwarded to it for the same purpose. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to evidence your consent, and then delete them. The exact retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here. Anti-abuse hashes are short-lived.

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@blackoak.pt. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
